Through mindful products, educational classes, publications, immersive events, dinner programs, and media development, our communication efforts are meant to influence the food industry both culturally and systematically

With old world food knowledge at the center, we grow partnerships and raise funding to mend and restructure the food supply chains of regions in need of upward economic, social and environmental mobility and support.

By connecting a value chain of collaborators, partners, and sponsors, we lead diplomatic campaigns focusing on the maintenance of sustainable food practices and systems, to guarantee the success of undeserved peoples and cultures.
